This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning products, requesting refunds, and processing exchanges. Please read this policy carefully before making a return.

Return Timeframe

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for most products. The return period begins on the day you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • In the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
  • Not damaged, altered, or personalized

Eligible Items for Return

Most products purchased from Kharyx are eligible for return within the 30-day window, including:

  • Stationery items (pens, notebooks, journals)
  • Art supplies (paints, brushes, canvases)
  • Drawing materials (pencils, sketchbooks, paper)
  • Design tools and accessories
  • Unopened and unused products

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used consumable items (ink cartridges, paint tubes that have been opened)
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear
  • Products without original packaging or missing components
  • Items purchased more than 30 days ago
  • Gift cards and digital products
  • Items that have been used, tested, or demonstrated

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Contact Us

Please provide your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for return.

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Once we receive your return request, we will review it and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions. Please do not ship items back without a valid RA number.

Step 3: Package Your Return

Carefully package the items in their original packaging, including all accessories, documentation, and tags. Include a copy of your order confirmation or receipt. Write the RA number clearly on the outside of the package.

Step 4: Ship Your Return

Ship the package to the address provided in your return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining your shipping receipt. Kharyx is not responsible for items lost in transit without proof of shipment.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs depend on the reason for return:

  • Defective or Damaged Items: We will cover return shipping costs. We will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse your shipping expenses.
  • Wrong Item Received: We will cover return shipping costs and send the correct item at no additional charge.
  • Customer Preference Returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise specified.
  • Free Shipping Orders: If you return items from an order that qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund:

Refund Timeline

  • Inspection: We inspect returned items within 3-5 business days of receipt
  • Processing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval
  • Credit: Refunds appear in your account within 7-14 business days, depending on your payment method and financial institution

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase:

  • Credit or debit card payments: Refunded to the original card
  • PayPal payments: Refunded to your PayPal account
  • Store credit: Available for future purchases if requested
  • Cash purchases: Refunded via check or store credit

Refund Amount

You will receive a full refund of the purchase price for eligible returns, minus:

  • Original shipping costs (for customer preference returns)
  • Restocking fees (if applicable, will be disclosed before processing)
  • Value of any damage or missing items

Exchanges

We are happy to process exchanges for items of equal or greater value. To request an exchange:

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will:

  • Provide a prepaid return label for the damaged item
  • Send a replacement item at no additional cost
  • Process a full refund if a replacement is not available
  • Cover all shipping costs associated with the return and replacement

Wrong Items Received

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will:

  • Send the correct item immediately

  • Process a full refund if you prefer not to receive the correct item

You can return items purchased online at our physical store location:

  • Bring the item in its original packaging with proof of purchase
  • Our staff will inspect the item and process your return immediately
  • Refunds can be issued on the spot for eligible returns

Gift Returns

Late or Missing Returns

Returns received after the 30-day window may be accepted at our discretion, subject to a restocking fee. Items not received within 60 days of the return authorization may be considered abandoned, and no refund will be issued.
